Redflags this weekend..12wbt

RedFlag 12wbt speak for planning around events that may prove to be a challenge when trying to stick to a nutrition plan.

One of my very good friends is having a Big Birthday this weekend. Generally when we celebrate with this person its go hard or go harder....however I am hoping to simply go hard this weekend and finish it before it gets too messy.

I plan on a SSS by having a run, doing a gym class and cycling to and from the gym. but on Sunday I also want to do a big workout session, rather than have a big hangover session. Given the excess unnecessary calories in booze, I think its important to exercise even more.


As MrMolly cant drive until at least December, so we will have to use public transport to get into the city. (that in itself is a scary exercise)
