Weigh in day + Salt.

Wow - after 10 days on the 12wbt program its a 4.1kg loss during this week.

Okay with missing the sweets and the chocolate etc, but I really miss my salt. However after 10 days I have begun to notice the flavours of food that I tend to oversalt (which is nearly everything). Had a poached egg yesterday for brunch the egg was so tasty.

Made the 12wbt thai fishcakes again last night much to the delight of the family. Tonights culinary delight will be pork medalions and steamed vegies.

Week 1 exercise
M - 4km run
T - 4km walk
W - 1 hr boxing
T- 4.5 km jog
F- 4.5 km jog
S- 4.5km jog + weights
S- 8km jog

Week 2 exercise so far.....
M - 1 hr boxing
T- 4km walk - weights.
