Avoiding salt, added sugar, processed foods and work colleagues bday cakes

So its now day 15 of 12wbt. I am down 5 kilos :0) this is despite Miss8's bday party on the weekend where a slice of cake and a party pie was essential. I really noticed the sugar in the icing and felt really lethargic after consuming the party pie and cake. Food is tasting interesting without all the added salt ( I was one of those people who added salt to their salt! - I would put salt on bacon, salt on bread, salt on already salty soups etc). But since saying no to added salt its weird (and quite nice how things taste). Things have stablised with MrMolly's health and his new meds are working for him.

I made a decision to postpone my trip to the philippines until early next year.

I have checked out the local new YMCA gym thats opened and it looks awesome. I am hoping to catch a class tomorrow night.

The other thing that I have been avoiding are the workplace lollies and birthday cakes. Been doing very well this. Exercise has been consistent and I am feeling quite good and confident about this challenge.

Learn a new acronym #JFDI - those times where I may feel less than inclined to exercise I must remember to Just F(*king Do It!
