bushbashing...and Happy Mothers Day.

Woohoo tonight I am off up the mountains for a Mothers Day Weekend. Yes being the high D* personality I am (*DiSC Profiling) and control freak that I am - I booked it myself :0). We are staying at this awesome ecotourism thingy that I have been to twice before for work mini conferences and its just in the bush near Blackheath.

Jemby Rinjah Lodge is located right near the Grose Valley canyon and is great for bushwalks.

I am taking Tabba and Jappy on this 5 hour bushwalk(I will need it to walk off the yumcha I just had for lunch) whilst Mick and Safi play colouring ins. The next day we are off to Megalong valley for a ponyride and then we slowly drive back home to Sydney stopping at one of the many antique shops along the way.

Feb - May....

The Hubby
Adjusted to Tegretol - Micks meds to control his epilespy. Learnt to live with the constant fear that he would drop to the ground at any stage and start seizing....since his big seizure - no dropping - so the Tegretol is working! The mood swings have been challenging - MrTradie to MrMetrosexual overnight.....Its cool though - he is coming along well and next week he is off to Dr Kokkinos to get the all clear to drive again.


The Yard...
over 8-10 weeks we transformed the yard and I promise to soon upload some pics...Its now AMAZING and the spa rocks...I can't believe i have lived my live without a Jacuzzi.....omg thats almost a crime against humanity. But the paving, the decks the spa - just rocks and I really enjoy my gardens and outdoor areas.

The Kids....
Tabba is learning to drive - with a school - cause I am way too much of a control freak and I couldn't have the patience to teach her...SHe has done 8 classes and has 8 more to go. Have been looking around for a small car for her.
Jappy is well and settling into year4 really well. No soccer this season, he is learning the guitar instead...(clearly to pick up the ladies..)
And MissAssertive Safibunnyboo is great - growing very tall and is embracing dance classes...Finally a performer in the family. My stage mother desires are finally being fulfilled. She is studying at www.allstarz.com.au plus I give her extra classes and tips at home (I still have my splitsoled Jazz shoes and I am doing one class a month at sydney dance co!!) So wanta be the mum from the movie Razzle Dazzle....

and me...
I am okay..its been an interesting ride and i have gained a little (3.5kg) But I am still keeping up with the exercise and have started boxing twice a week - so now things are calming down I can once more focus upon my food intake - not comfort eat and get back on track to be down into the 70s by Xmas. Still doing my uni and working at ED.....for now

I apprecitate those of you out there that have wondered where the Mollyupdates were...so hopefully they will be slightly more regular!!!
