90.85
OMG omg omg!! I am like soooo excited...90.85 is the lightest I have been since 1995!!!!
I am like so close to being in the 80s and getting myself a real Tiffany necklace - (don't get me wrong I love my ebay Tiffany, but lets face it, for $69.99 inc postage there is no way its the real McCoy!).
My work motivation is slipping something fierce. I submitted my salary expectation review back 37 days ago and am still waiting for feedback - even a 'its still in progress' would be nice. It seems that other people in my organisation when wanting a pay rise go find employment elsewhere - get a letter of offer and then demand a match. I am going down that pathway too, but, and big but, I am not sure if its for a match. I am being interviewed next Monday for a startup company (downside - instability - no proof of concept, upside - can really establish an awesome culture, do lots of things my way and really really prove how good I am, and it would be super challengeing, with the exact job title I want and $130K - yes $130 - nearly 37% more than what I get now.) Considering the salary expectation I submitted 37 days ago with no feedback to day - was only for 18%, it gets me thinking. Well that and a comment from Mick, who may possibly the most brilliant observation yesterday - hmm 130 ? maybe you are selling yourself short. Good point!.

Congratulations on the weight loss, that's great. All the best with the salary review.
