91 + cms + exercise :0)

91 today - a drop of a kg in a week, but during that time I have

Mon 40min brisk walk and 20min run
Tue 45min brisk walk (lunchhour)
Wed 40min brisk walk and 20min run
Thur 45min brisk walk (lunchhour)
Fri 45min brisk walk (lunchhour)
Sat 40min brisk walk and 20min run
Sun 40min brisk walk and 20min run & 30 min beach walk.

I kept my calorie intake down to 1208 per day average minus the exercise calories, brings me to a net daily intake of 855calories per day.

I have also lost 4cm in the last week alone. Since starting this on May the 1st, I have lost 11kgs, 16cm from my boobs, 9cm from waist, 14cms from my hips and 10 cms from my thigh.

Very excited and hoping to drop another kg by the time I go to the reunion in 11 days time. I want to be in the 80s even if its 89.9999999999 it will still be the 80s.

On track for mini goal of 85kg in 74 days time when i go to Bali.
