2 sleeps...

2 sleeps to go...less than 48 hours :0)

Exercise is going well after straining my back 3 weeks ago (why underpants can be dangerous...*) I have been doing the salt pan creek loop (now in 40 mins and with some jogging), more frequently. I haven't been to the gym though since I hurt my back. As I am off on Wednesday to Bali - it probably won't be until I return (though I believe there are some great yoga classes in bali I can go to :0)



Why Underpants Can be Dangerous...*
Whilst bending over (now there is an image) to get some undies from my draw to wear for the day I strained my lower back muscles. As a result I walked around for a week or so looking like I had a carrot
