Mudgee - who would have thunk it?

On Saturday I was most fortunate to go on a DC3 to go wine tasting up in Mudgee. The HunterValley has never really impressed me, however I thought I would try my luck in Mudgee. Pionair - the company who runs these flights does an exception job and our steward for the day, Nicholas was just lovely.

Mudgee Growers - nice different grabbed 2 bottles
Red Clay - not too bad -
Dilusso - superb wines and exceptional olive oil! (grabbed 7 wines and 2 oil)
Pieter Van Gent - good wines and it actually looks like a winery (big barrels and stuff) grabbed 2 here too. Lovely staff, very accommodating.

On the fitness front - Friday I walked vigorously to EG and back in my lunchhour. This high protein, low carb, low fat thing has made me super gassy. So lucky I went for a walk as I farted myself senseless across mutch park!!.

Saturday my only fitness was tilting up glasses and drinking...oops

Sunday - did a bike ride and a big loop on the padstow circuit with mick. This time did it in 1 hour 23 mins. I reckon by myself fully powerwalking I could do it in a hours.

This Morn - did cardio and weights at Golds then had my nutrition counselling session...

Its to fine tune my diet even more.

Marc said I can have sundays off, so I may have to plan all my social events for Sundays moving forward.
